We stand behind the quality of every product we make. All PulsrCase products come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and material failures.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Structural failures under normal use conditions
- Defective clasps, buttons, or attachment mechanisms
- Premature material degradation (peeling, cracking, discoloration)
- Misalignment or fit issues specific to the advertised device model
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use
- Accidental damage, drops, or impacts
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
How to File a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at support@pulsrcase.com with the following information:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the defect or issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
- The device model your case was purchased for
Replacement Process
Once your claim is approved, we will ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost. In most cases, you will not need to return the defective item. Replacements are typically shipped within 2-3 business days of claim approval.
If the exact product is no longer available, we will offer a comparable alternative or a full refund at your discretion.
